Rin woke up startled, the lightning had been so loud she barely slept, she put on her boots and stalked out to the pen that held the wild horse, it was sprinkling, the moon was unseen. Her eyes adjusted to the darkness, she stared in at the stallion who was itching to escape the small pen.

She ducked through the bars, squinting fiercely. She looked at him dead on, clearly to tired to be afraid of this horse. "Hey Pretty Boy, you're bleeding..." Lightning struck when she spoke, less then a mile away lightning had just sizzled a barn where it stood. She blinked, waking up, unafraid of the lightning, her blue eyes pierced the darkness at the stallion. The colors of the beautiful stallion were molding together in her mind she wasn't sure if she was dreaming. "..Dak.. Dakoi..Dat..Dakota.?" She said, a questioning tone was drowned out by the thunder that crackled, the sky bones breaking. She stepped closer, her stomach churning, hand held out, she looked at him with a hopeful glimmer, awaiting his choice.
