You have a large area of trees and plants and you intend to keep it.

1. Hate the character not the player
2. FairEast has no rules so have fun
3. Drama and romance is allowed
4. No Godmodding or power playing
5. If you want to fight someone else's character ask them first
6. Don't land or block every blow if you are in a battle
7. No perfect characters
