It is definitely possible. There are so many colorful horses in the game that it makes it a little harder, but horses come and go, and any individual horseÂ’s color ratings will update as that happens.
I see people posting 1/1 horses regularly, so it is not i possible to attain!

There isn't a set chance Gemstone. If you're breeding a bay with no patterns to a chestnut with no patterns it's 0%. If you're breeding two very patterned horses together you have a shot, but it's not set. Even if a horse is born 1/1 someone could breed another the next day.
