Liberty Lark Norris ✴ Female ✴ 1st Year ✴ Golden Dahlia - Liberty walked to the barn where she knew Dahlia was stalled. On her way there, she saw students milling about, rushing about, and just standing there. She wondered where they had all come from and what there names were... Before she had thought up nickknames for even one of them, she had arrived at the East Barn. Dahlia was stalled in number 3, so Liberty aimed herself straight there. She walked past a girl in a stall with her horse before she heard Dahlia's whinny. Then she saw her palomino head sticking over the stall door, already looking Liberty's way. Dahlia nickered as Liberty approached, and she set her suitcase down before sliding open the stall door and slipping through the narrow opening. "Hi, girl." She said, stroking Dahlia's forehead. "How was the ride here? Long and boring?" As if in answer, Dahlia rubbed her head on Liberty's white shirt. "I thought so," Liberty laughed, as she moved to rub her horse's neck. - After 10 or 15 minutes with Dahlia, Liberty decided she had better go unpack in her dorm. She waved good-bye to Dahlia and grabbed her suitcase before leaving the barn. She walked up to the front desk in the girls' dorm and introduced herself. After getting the key to her room, she walked down the hallway until she saw her name on the door labeled "Room 2". Liberty sighed as she saw someone else's name on the door as well; Estelle Devereux. She was hoping she wouldn't have to share a room, but she supposed they wouldn't see each other very often. Liberty unlocked the door and stepped into the comfy dorm room. There were two beds and two desks and two wardrobes, along with a two-sink bathroom just a door away. Liberty began to unpack her things, sorting through her clothes. |

Estelle Devereux • 15 • First year • Aphrodite "Wow... where is everyone. Literally" Estelle mumbled to herself looking everywhere. She assumed they were either inside or on the East side of the campus. Aphrodite bobbed her head up and down bumping her muzzle on Estelle's head occasionally. Getting bored Estelle lead Aphrodite around the other Arenas and paddocks. After touring the outside she led Aphrodite back into the stables and into her stall. "Im gonna go back inside alright. I'll see you later" Estelle said her goodbye to Aph and walked off slowly making her way back inside to her dorm. She walked staring down at the ground and her hands in her pockets. Estelle felt tired and wanted to sleep, maybe her roommate was there and she could finally make a conversation with a Human and not a horse who couldn't care less. She got to the door and swung it open entering the cooled building. "Dorms Girls ➡️" sign on the wall next to the stairwell. "Great more walking for me, im so happy i didnt need to walk so much in my old school but this is better." She grumbled and began to ascend the steps, Estelle reached the floot of the dorms and walked straight for Room 2. "Liberty Lark Norris" name plate was under her name on the room 2 name plate. "I assume they are here now." She guessed and unlocked the door. Estelle saw her roommate but remained silent and walked to her side of the room and unpack her bags. . After she unpacked she laid herself upon her bed and sighed and scrolled through Instagram on her phone. Soon after she began to text her parents about it here at Fire Haven and how excited she was to start classes and work along with Aphrodite. Her stomach grumbled and she picked up a granola bar from her backpack and munched on it |

Ryker Rivera [] M [] 16 [] Single [] Dashing To Freedom [] M: Keefe, Lisa Lifting one arched black eyebrow, Ryker studied the blonde wonder in front of him. He then smiled, his eyes starting to twinkle. "You caught me." He answered with his southern accent, lifting his hands in a sign of surrender. "Sadly you can't do anything because this is a public area and other students are meandering around." Ry grinned, rolling his shoulders. After Keefe had left he continued towards the boy dorms. He heard people walking around, but it didn't matter. Entering his own dorm he took a quick shower and pulled on soft cargo pants and a loose dark blue t-shirt. Sitting down on the bed Ry started flipping through a book, finding no reason to leave at that moment. +++ Keefe Sencen [] M [] Somehow Single [] Irresistible Little Devil [] M: Ryker His eyebrows furrowed in an irritated line, Keefe crossed his arms and stared the other boy in the eye. His teal blue eyes narrowed as he listened to the response. "Okay Mr. Cocky, if you have a problem with me say it. If you don't, bug off while I go actually doing someting useful. And DON'T touch my room again or I will make a public scene." Keefe stated firmly, striding off. Going all the way to the boys dorm he glared at the messed up dorm before grabbing some sweatpants and a shirt. Pulling on the grey sweatpants and his favorite black batman shirt that read *I'm batman so I could be your hero anyday*, Keefe felt more refreshed. He decided to go towards the mare barn- maybe he could start an argument with Alaska. Or meet new people. Walking into the barn he tilted his head, hearing people moving in the stalls. Sauntering towards the first one, Keefe glanced in and saw a girl (Lisa) with a striking mare. "Ello! The name's Keefe Sencen, I'm a 2nd year here. How 'bout you?" He asked, leaning against the stall door. +++ Alaska Devyn [] F [] Single [] 16 [] Sea Clown [] M: Open After Alaska finished washing off Clown she lead the pretty mare back to her stall and took off the halter. "You'll live without me, okay? See you later." She whispered with a smile, patting Clown's neck before leaving. Alaska latched the stall door and strode towards the girls dorms, hearing thumps and voices from some. She almost wished she had a roommate- but it didn't matter now. Unlocking Room 1 she walked in, closing the door quietly behind her. After that she curled up on the bed and grabbed a book, scanning the first page before starting to read. |

Clayton Levine || 1st Year || M || WW He Costa Big Chex || M:Open - Clayton eventually got up after Strut had began chewing on his shirt soaking it with horse spit. "HEY! Cut it out dude I just got this shirt 2 days ago!" He glared at the stud who had pinned his ears back at the sudden yelling. He got up and walked towards the stall door wondering how long his nap was. "Where is everybody?'' he questioned. "Eh its still daylight so how about a little walk?" - He led the grey out of his stall and into the aisle way and hooked him to a pair of cross-ties as he began quickly brushing him down. "Now you ain't got no sawdust on you" he smiled. He walked out of the barn and began walking around to different areas letting Strut get used to things. He eventually found a empty roundpen and unclipped the studs lead. ''You can mess around for a few minutes in here just don't get too dirty". He shut the gate and sat on the top rail watching the stallion prance around and roll happily in the sunlight |

Alaska Devyn [] F [] 16 [] Single [] Sea Clown [] M: Open With a low sigh Alaska quickly decided reading was not going to fullfill her need to move right now. She placed down the books and brushed off her cargo pants, deciding to get into more comfortable clothing. Picking out some soft black jeans she pulled them on. Leaving on her tank-top and flannel shirt, Alaska let down her hair and brushed through it. The tips hung to the middle of her back, curving slightly all the way through to give it a wavy look. Rolling her shoulders, Alaska exited the dorm and shut the door, walking towards the barns to see if she could observe any newcomer. She was well known the last year for her looks, but shehadn't really talked to anyone- and she wanted that to change. Alaska was 100 percent independant but she liked having at least one friend to talk to. Otherwise this year would be extremely boring. |

Lisa Andrews || 1st year || F || M: None, PM || Just A Rainy Day Lisa glances over at the man who just spoke to her. Rain pinned her ear, so Lisa began to stroke her neck gently. Lisa stares at the boy, Keefe, as he had told her. SHe eyed him up and down, her posture tall and confident. After a few moments of examining him she turns back to Rain to continue grooming her. "Lisa. Lisa Andrews and I'm a first year." She speaks clearly, no stuttering in her voice. She didn't mean to be cold. THat's just the way she was. Wary around new people. She bent down, hoofpick in hand. While she waited for a response she began to pick Rain's feet. She wanted her mare to be in top shape for the next day. |

Keefe Sencen [] M [] 16 [] Somehow Single [] Irresistible Little Devil [] M: Lisa Keefe's smile grew as the girl actually responded. That was incredible, considering the only other girl he *knew* here was Alaska and she practically hated him. Continuing to lean on the outside of the stall, his blonde bangs fell across his teal eyes slightly as he listened to the response. "Nice to meet you Lisa Andrews, and welcome to Fire Haven, only one of the best academies in the US of A." Keefe grinned, his white teeth and handsome face showing. Even though Lisa didn't sound the happiest to meet him, he wasn't going to stop pressing- she wa spretty and confident, and those were two ++ things for him. "I'm sure you're going to have a great time here and meet some amazing people." He winked, then continued. "By the way your mare is just stunning. I don't think my rowdy stallion could hold a candle to her." Keefe commented, shifting his position slightly to look out of the barn. |

Lisa Andrews || 1st year || F || M: Keefe but it takes awhile || Just A Rainy Day Lisa just ignored his comments until it was about Rain. She looked at him, her eyes searchiing for.... something. When she didn't find it she nodded at him. "Thank you. She's a very nice jumper." She reples curtly, beginning to remove the band from Rain's tail that held it in a braid. She got it out and shook out her mares tail. Rain's black tail flowed curly and beautifully. Lisa brushed it then moved to Rain's mane. Unbraiding it and lettng the braids fall one by one. -My mare is stunning. Glad someone noticed.- She thinks to herself. Rain raises her head elegantly, nuzzling Lisa's pocket. Lisa nods and pulls out a peppermint. Handing it to her she munches on it happily. |

Keefe Sencen [] M [] 16 [] Somehow Single [] Irresistable Little Devil [] M: Lisa Keefe knew he wasn't getting anywhere with this one, but now he was determined to. It seemed she liked it when he talked about her horse... and he wasn't lying, the mare was pretty. "You're very welcome. Now, you seem like you almost don't enjoy my company, which is hard to believe but still. Being the total gentleman I am, have a nice day, and I'm sure we'll be seeing each other again very soon." Keefe tipped an invisible hat in a joking manner and strode away, working his jaw back and forth until it cracked. He would hit the jackpot someday. He had his eye set on this Lisa Andrews, and when he was determined to get something he got it. Right now it was Lisa's friendship. Keefe decided to go see how Diablo was freaking out now, so he walked over to the stallion barn. Loud whinnies and bangs came from one stall, and sure enough, an agitated Diablo was spinning and pounding at the stall door. With a heavy sigh, Keefe grabbed a bright red halter. He entered the stall and wrangled Diablo to a halt, slipping the halter onto the crazed stallion and leading the horse out. Diablo pranced down the aisle, going more up than forward. "Chill boy." Keefe snorted, leading the antsy stallion to an open arena. |

Lisa Andrews || 1st year || F || M: Keefe but it takes awhile || Just A Rainy Day Lisa rolled her eyes at him, but was slightly glad he was leaving. She then grabbed Rain's tack, and tacked her up. She wanted to do a bit of practice before hand. Lisa slipped Rain's bridale on as well and led he to the jumping arena. Lisa set the jumps to 4 feet to warm-up. She then swung herself up onto her mares back. Rain was prancing, energized and ready to jump. Lisa started with a walk lap, trot lap, and canter lap, both ways before turning Rain at a jump. Her canter was steady as she aproached the jump, Lisa went into haft-seat and Rain cleared the jump with no problems. Lisa then guides her to the next one in the course she set up. Rain cantered towards it, Lisa went halfseat, and Rain cleared t with no issues. Lisa figured Rain wanted more of a challenge and decided to put up a course of double oxers, 6 footers, and a few 5 footers. Rain was exciited, she held her head high, her gate steady but quick as she approached the first jump. Lisa let her jump it, going halfseat. As usaul. She cleared another after another. That is until Lisa walked them over to the edge of the arena, where she had her waterbottle and ther was a bucket of water for Rain. She let the reins drop as she sipped her water, Rain plunging her whole nose in the water and splashing about. She did love the water afterall. |
