Once you get closer to him, he becomes slightly less imposing. I mean, he’s still 18 hands and almost fully stark black, but you start to notice little details. Like how the snip on his lip is baby pink, or how his eyes are round and puppy-dog-like. As previously stated, Chief is of a smooth black coloration. The only variation from this is his two hind stockings, front socks, star, and snip. His eyes are a warm chestnut color. Personality Chief may strike the imposing figure at first - what with his very tall and lean body and solid black coat - but generally that first impression gets dispelled after introducing yourself for a few minutes. He's a very mellow, calm horse, and enjoys attention from all types of people, including children. Scratch on his neck behind his ears for a bit and you'll have his entire huge head leaning into you for more. Thankfully though he's not a pushy horse, and can take a hint when the interactions over with. He's one of those "bombproof" horses, where very few things seem to phase him much - barking dogs, car horns, flapping tarps, etc - he takes it all in stride, with perhaps a brief moment to investigate before moving on. It's very rare to see him actually get spooked, and even then he can normally recover quickly with some reassurance. This asset makes him a wonderful horse to take out in public, and especially when competing in sports - He has a very smooth gait and picks up new things quickly if trained with a gentle hand. You wouldn't think a horse so tall and gangly would be able to move fluidly, but there you have Chief. Rider: Ase School Horse: Trial and Error “Terry” An Andalusian stallion with a very baroque build. He stands on the lower end of sixteen hands and is a very pleasing dark bay color with no white markings. Eight years old. Friendly and basically bombproof, but extremely stubborn. He’ll sit for a saddle fitting and be still to be mounted, but the second anyone tried to do something he doesn’t want to do, all hell will break loose. He throws tantrums like a child. Partial to the finer foods and things, Terry is extremely picky. He will not eat anything he’s not eaten before or tolerate being washed with a different hose setting. Here ya are, Rish.
Full Name - Anzhelina Oxana Novikov "Call" Name - Britt or Novikov. Only her father calls her Anzhelina. Gender - Female Age - 26 Appearance - Britt is fair skinned with a soft jawline and cuddly teddy bear features, heavily contrasted by her intense grey stare. She always seems to look like she's up to something, and those mischievous little smirks confirm it. Her light lips have black snake bite piercings she commonly nibbles on with those far too perfect teeth. Clearly she has an obsession with brushing. Her hair is a straight, dark, silky black, typically found in a very messy bun/ponytail mixture with a couple thick strands of loose hair adorning either side of her face. On the rare occasion it's let down, it falls somewhere between her shoulder blades and neck unevenly. She has some sort of blackout flame pattern tattoo going from her wrists to mid-forearm on both arms. At 5'8", she's a very Barbie doll sort of weight/build, minus the insane curves of course-- she hardly curves at all. She is always in black pants, either super skin tight and high rise jeans OR incredibly baggy "are those the right size?" sweatpants, and a fancy white dress shirt. Whether it's tucked in perfect or all disheveled completely depends on if she's left it unbuttoned to expose her stomach and dark grey sports bra, which is equally as common as the more civilized option. Either way, you will never find her without a bow tie. She has an entire collection of various colors and sizes of bow ties, which she must think makes up for her lack of diversity in other clothes. Personality - Britt is a very hot and cold type. It's completely unpredictable whether she'll be carrying a terrifying, empty, emotionless expression and set of actions with nothing but professionalism and old fashioned class, OR if she's an intense life of the party "let's get drunk and do the do," blasting music and causing trouble like the cool kid in school who just discovered weed. She doesn't seem to understand the confusion she receives. Oh well, she lives for herself, and whatever makes her jump for joy in the moment. Whether that's hitting the dance floor topless or listening to classical and writing letters, it doesn't matter. She's just happy, care-free, and a little too in to vodka. She's sort of so super smart that she's become the biggest idiot ever, you know? Britt knows a lot of secrets, and whether she shares them or not-- regardless of if it's safe too-- depends on what she'll find the most amusing in the moment. She carries a little brown book full of her thoughts written in Russian, preferring to write in special ink, but carrying a simple pen at all times. Likes - Writing letters, blasting music, dancing, drinking, physical contact, bow ties, blood, fidgeting, glowy things, owls Dislikes - Pencil, staying still (only if not writing), sweets, makeup, normal shirts, people wanting more consistency from her. Backstory - Britt was raised around Boston, Massachusetts, by her wealthy father, who was a Russian immigrant. He "used to" be an influential figure there, and Britt spent her free time growing up sneaking around everywhere to find out information about his affairs without him knowing. Oh, he'd be so upset. When she wasn't breaking the rules, she was perfecting her studies of literature, music, and the Russian language, as well as all things canine. She started selective breeding of border collies around 13-- or, well, she figured she was doing it, but most, if not all, of the work was actually her father's. They did it until her interests moved to horses at about 21, when they quit and only kept one female pup as a pet. From there, Britt got into eventing and polo, and her father bought her first horse two years into the obsession. All her life, she's lived under the eye of her father, willingly stuck in spontaneous back and forth waves of first spoiling, then strict rejection. The adventure is all she knows. Whether she was about to get everything she wanted or get slapped upside the head, she never knew, and she liked the risk.
