i bite my nails too. theres a nail polish i used that actually stopped me from doing it.
i dont recommend biting a coin as they can break teeth and brackets (if you have braces).
keep a snack near by or chew gum!
or if youre like me and dont like gum, find maybe an (unused) eraser or wear a hoodie/jacket and bite the sleeve! believe it or not, i MUCH prefer the sleeve lmao.
