Working at a preschool wiped me out honestly.
And then I am working hard at riding so I can maybe show this summer.

Yeah for the last 10 or so months I've had to be away from HEE a lot due to my job, but now I get to actually do my responsibilities as a mod, enjoy the game as a player and hopefully soon, help Eve out with art again

Honestly Tasi same- The struggle is REAL. Especially when you are not breeding and really really want too!
I am proud of myself for sticking to the geldings though- usually I would have started rando breeding by now

This is gonna be the first RO that I've genuinely tried because I had the time lol
I feel like such a bad player with how much I'm struggling to bring my stable back up

I am working on getting my late Chiweenie one. With his harness and picture and collar. It will be beautiful.

Shadow box Lilly.
Picture collage of him, his halter, and if you have any other memorabilia such as ribbons or piece of his mane etc, you can add those too. There are several artists on Etsy that will do this- and do it with care.

Lily,
If you can find a painting or something that looks like your old horse, you could add the halter to it like it's on the horse

Hello, I am a tier 3 artist :)
im not amazing at art, but I enjoy photo manips. I can cut out a horse accurately, but I have no clue about lighting and struggle with hair and can do simple coat colour changes. Examples coming soon!!

Shadows! I think shadows would be a great help, as well as making the mane/tail blend with the horse a bit better.

Shadows would give the manipulation more realism and more structure :)
You also draw the manes flat/directly from where you've cut the horse out. Try drawing it beginning just above the cut to give the impression of 3D hair and movement/volume.
Try blending the dock upwards towards the croup a little to give the tail a more natural look, rather than appearing pasted on.
Overall, however, very good! You're definitely super creative.

I would suggest getting Ibis Paint X if possible. It has a ton of great brushes, and can be used for hair, cutting out, painting...pretty much everything!
I would work on grounding the horse more, and working with lighting and for wings, making it more smooth where the wing meets the horse so it looks natural :D
You did an awesome job cutting out the horse, and I love your ideas: they are super creative!
