Simples. Rice, milk and sugar. Bung it in the oven for about an hour or so.

It is like pudding, but in dry way. You get those puddings in shops with a layer of fruit underneath... So this is fresh rice sweetened with cane sugar and fun food colourings added and dry fruits like coconut, sultanas, apricots etc

North,
Do you have a recommended recipe? I think I have plenty of rice here but no cinnamon.

Wyke,
I'd say both, but I prefer North America.

Diva,
I had a teacher from Pakistan. One of the best I had, to be honest. A very kind woman.

As a side note, RoseRed Pearl is gorgeous!

I lease a very goofy thoroughbred. Like, he sticks his tounge out when I pick his hooves, NEVER another time, and I had to move him to a different stall because the horse next to him kept farting and he was getting very upset by it and going off his feed. I love my silly boy.

We've been having some good rides trying to get ourselves together lately. We have a lesson on Thursday. Thankfully I ride with the host and at the facility where the show is on the 28th so we get to mess with jumps:D

Updates have been slow haven't they... don't really have much to share but we did welcome a new TB to the family a few days ago. Eli was unraced and is 5 yrs old. He's also only 14.2 or 14.3 so he's littleee. Anyway, might throw in some updates on him as well. He is a resale project :)

Blonde moment... forgot pictures. Jockey Club name is Eli's Rainbow

He's a sweet little dude. People he came from aren't very nice... at all so he's appreciating a softer hand. (Dun Horse is Flint, another one of my horses)

More detailed update coming soon but we have decided to do the pre-beginner novice division at the combined training on the 28th of this month. We'll see how he does with that (2'3" and the Intro C test) and determine if we should move up a level to BN. My trainer said to keep Baloo at 2'3" and 2'6" to always be training a level above over jumps so he is prepared and ready for when we move up. Our lesson this morning went really well. He's a lot more difficult to ride away from home in a different size and shaped arena but we are working it out really well.
