The girl sort of grinned and tilted her head up to peck his lips after a moment or two, a little smile across her face as she looked up at him. He really was perfect. They'd gotten through so much together now... and they were still so infatuated with eachother. Well, at least she was with him. She barely remembered a time when he wasn't with her, now. She loved him, and she truely believed he was the most perfect person she could ask for. She sort of smiled gently to him and gave a little nod. "We're just perfect for eachother, hm?" She asked lightly.

Sage sort of gave the girl a sleepy grin in response to her comment, pressing an admittedly sloppy kiss to her lips. "We are," he humemd, completely agreeing with the girl. She really was perfect for him ....kind, and gentle, and playful. But she also knew when to boss him around a bit more, or tell him he needed to do something and whatnot. But even when she did that, it was respectful, and she really was still just so pretty.

The woman sort of smiled softly, admittedly the drink taking over and slowly starting to fall asleep. She did love him, the same way she had when she'd first met him. She soon enough just conked out, enjoying the peace and warmth and the way Sages breath slowly came in and out as they got comfortable next to eachother. His arms around her just seemed to make things even more comfortable, along with the way his chest rose and fell against hers. It was just... warm and safe, which made things even nicer for the two of them.

Sage wasn't aware of much after that, since he'd sort of started to doze off, though the girl had settled down by then, so he doubted she'd be speaking up or saying anything else. So, he let himself slip off into a nice, deep sleep soon enough, really just glad to feel her warmth, and the soft rising and falling of her chest, and the way her breath swirled around his neck. It was all just so, so nice, and he really did enjoy it all. He was glad to be heading home the next day, yes, but they'd had a lot of fun.

The woman didn't wake up until later the next day... she was happy to relax with him. She was tired, and a little bit hung over but happy all the same. She sighed softly to him before moving to peck his neck tiredly. She just enjoyed spending time with him, any part of it. She sort of opened her eyes, though the light was too much for her so just buried back into his chest. "Morning," she murmured softly to him after a little while, obviously just tired.

Sage was still half asleep when he heard the girl's mutter, so he sort of hummed in response to her comment. He didn't move other than just wrapping himself tighter around her though, as he was definitely still tired and a bit hungover himself. And they had plenty of time, so he was fully determined to cuddle like this for as long as he possibly could. He was also honestly rather determined to sleep all the drinks off as well, which was going as well as expected, he supposed.

A subconscious smile wandered onto the girls face when he curled around her again, and sort of drifted off to sleep... they had a long journey back, and was going to be a little bit exhausting. She sighed gently after a while and sort of crawled out of bed to make some tea... they'd pretty much packed, so they didn't have to rush around at all today. She sighed and moved back to bed, putting Sages mug on the side then settled down next to him quietly.

Sage was more than happy to settle down with her for a while longer, eventually drifting off again. It was a light sleep, but it was sleep all the same. When he felt her move, he sort of just let out a tired grunt and settled back down again in the spot where she'd left her warmth, though when he felt her sit back down next to him again he shifted to press his back against her leg slightly before settling down again with a sort of huff of air.

The woman looked over at him after a moment before shaking her head and going to sort of run her hand along his side in a way that she hoped was comforting. She missed quiet moment like this... tired, but together and sage. They clearly felt so, so safe together. She sighed after a moment and sort of sipped on her tea, her free hand still gently trailing up and down his side calmingly. They'd have a busy next few days... the ferry over had been nice, but it was still busy... lots of people everywhere.

Sage sort of settled down against her side happily, just thankful for the little bit of time to just lay there with her. He was dimly aware of her hand moving up and down his side gently, and he was honestly just glad that they were able to have times like this, the two of them. It was rare to get a chance to just sit down and relax with eachother because of the kids and house....and while he lived what they had going on for their little family, it was nice to be able to just ....rest sometimes. So he was content to just relax there with her for a while.
