Lets just say I don't teach students anymore I just train horses now I have autism I have no clue I didn't have a break down with all the yelling and noise lol
Thanks WRS It's been years. It's the managements and administration team that has made me want to quit so many times. The rudeness is disheartening. I love the membership and keep coming back because the community is awesome. I wish it wasn't so hard to communicate between the two.
As a beginner riding coach for my barn it annoyed my soo much when I had a student who was suposed to come and ride but the arena got rained out so she couldn't ride so I told her she couldn't ride but we could groom, bathe, and muck or let her pony (This pony isnt hers) have play time . She responded in full caps and said that is boring I want to ride . her parents still made her come and I steped away for 3 minuites and I come back and the pony is fully tack with most of the wrong tack and she had a tantrum when I started to untack the pony (She is 12) and stomped and screamed and threw brushes and kick walls it was so anoying she was kicked out for the unessasary outburst I love lesson kids T.T
Ugh! I'm so frustrated! Again and again, I try to engage and rally with the community by bringing different engagement opportunities that would be simple to execute, but management is so unwilling to see the value. The lack of interest and aloof superiority is frustrating and makes me feel like I'm hitting my head against a wall repeatedly. I'm just trying to help bridge the gap between the membership and administration. And it's met with contention.
Dakota smiled and carried Ezra around the yard while Jacob was packing the stuff in the car. Athena nickered and ran up to Dakota gently nuzzling her hand.
Jacob smiles and got in the other side and said "we are going on a trip" and started driving away he had mom come over and take care of the horses for him
Dakota grabbed Jacob's hand and grinned. "I love you." She said. "Hey mommy, I love you. You always tell daddy you love him, and not me!" Zion said. "Sorry, I love you too Zion." Dakota said. She smiled and looked back at him.
