you just HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO remember that they are NOT classified as service dogs (in the us). protection is NOT a legally recognized task, they are considered weapons, they can be a liability if something goes wrong or theyre not trained right, and they are a TON of work.

i wouldnt recommend a PPD because they do come with a hefty cost.
vet bils, consistent training sessions, food, simulation toys, etc. it adds up.

Oof. I know my father hates the military K9s. They don't live very nicely, and they aren't potty trained, I still get a laugh when I mention working K9s he gets so pissed. There was a training exercise in his motor pool and the dogs shit everywhere and they kept finding more for weeks🤣

Dakota smiled and waited for Jacob. They checked in and found their room. It had 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. "Zion, Arden, and Jennica can share a room and Ezra and sleep on the pull out couch. I brought Tyson a fold up bed. Our room is the far one." Dakota said setting her and Jacob's stuff in their room. Arden set her stuff on her bed and smiled. "It's almost time for bed already!" Arden said. Zion nodded and put his suitcase in his room.
