Anne smiled "Okay, Thank you", Taking a hold of some of Taz's mane she ran through it a couple time with a brush before starting to put the strands of hair into a tight running braid. Hearing the announcement Anne finished up Taz's mane and undid the stallion from the crossties before leading him back and into his stall, Undoing the halter she lifted it back over his ears and slid it off his face. "You be a good boy" She said before watching as he went and rolled shaking her head at him, As she was going to put his halter away she went and checked on Reina. . Walking up to the stall door she looked in and spotted the mare dozing off laying down, She smiled slightly glad she was settled in enough to sleep well. Peering over at the hay net she made a mental note to refill it after this announcement was over, Putting the halter back where it belonged Anne made her way to Arena A as instructed. . Tazzy Land (Taz) | Stallion | 5yrs | SJ | M: Anne, Open . Back in his stall Taz felt just a little too clean so he decided rolling was just the best way to feel good again plus then he would get a nice groom session later because he knew Anne hated those poop stains, Snorting Taz stood up again straw littering his gray coat. After shaking off a bit Taz stepped over to his stall door and nickered a bit bored and wondering who was there, Since he only knew one horse here well pony she was a bit short and that was Reina. . Aster Kalfling|Eventing student| "Trigger happy"| M:Alila,open Aster eyes quickly tore from his current task to the approaching fiery haired stranger.in little time he felt some of his tack fall from his arms as she shook his hand. He hoped it wouldn't be scratched, but even if it was he isn't the kind of person to hold that against people, it happens sometimes. "it's okay, honestly don't worry about it, i've dropped it so many times," he reassured her, making it known that he wasn't upset It made him a little nervous, meeting new people, he always worried that they might think he looks weird.That shouldn't bother him as much as it does but Alila didn't seem like the judgy type, she seems nice.Nice enough to ask if he needed help anyway. "oh, yes please , i ahve absolutely no idea where i'm going," he laughed at his own confusion, he though it might be a apparent where he should go but he was truly lost in the huge yard. Aster had no idea where he as staying, or which stall he was to use. It was ever so daunting for him " oh my god, i haven't even introduced myself," he exclaimed in a fuss " i must seem so rude," Aster paused for a second to calm his speech " im Aster, it's lovely to meet you Alila." Trig, who wasn't far behind him, poked his head up and snorted, calling for Asters attention as usual . He stuck his neck out as far as it would reach , holding his ears forward as he examined the new person. He seemed to approve. Aster moved the tack further up his arm so he might pat the stallion "yes yes im not forgetting about you, this is Trig and it looks like he's pleased to meet you as well" very sorry if i haven't written enough ,im tired lol// |

Alila Moore (Ali) - 19 yr old - AJ Smoke Signals - M: Aster, open - Alilla smiled, picking up the tack as he introduced himself. "Nice to meet you, Aster." She said, smiling warmly at the newcomer. "Oh! Please call me Ali. Everybody does." she said, acknowledging Trig's existence. "Wow." she breathed. "He's stunning." They were just outside Sig's stable by now and as she ran her hand down the horse's dark dappled silver neck, she said "Oh, and this is Sig, my gelding." She said, laughing a little as Sig pulled a goofy face at them. "Oh my gosh im so sorry, i was supposed to be helping you find your way around." Ali said, shaking her head quickly. "Judging by the name plate, this is Trig's stall." she said, gesturing towards it. "and just along here are the locker rooms, where you can keep your stuff." Ali said, walking into the large room and helping Aster to unpack his things into his locker. "Now, I haven't explored the riders rooms yet, but im sure i'll have time later." she said, wondering whereabouts they were. |

"oh,thankyou, i'm sure he knows it " he laughed lightheartedly, glancing at his rather full-of-himself stallion, who seemed to be puffing hsi chest out. Aster trailed behind Ali who was leading him to the stable block, she stopped before a striking gelding. His coat glistened in the sparse light, highlighting the silver dapples that covered his coat. "oh wow, you've got a beauty in you hands too" He smiled at the equine, examining him further "it's okay, don't worry, it's nice to have scenic route so to speak" a friendly smile was thrown her way " your an excellent guide" A few paces further brought them to an empty stall, rather spacious he thought. It was noticeably bigger than the one Triggy had back home, which Aster was sure he'd be pleased about . He made sure to place a lead rope on the door so he knew which one was his, even though it had a name plate on it he was almost certain he'd overlook that. Alila lead him to the locker rooms where he unpacked most of his belongings, nearly dropping things countless times and muttering quiet apologies for the inconvenience of it.She mentioned some thing about the 'riders room' once they'd finished.He panted lightly, happy that he'd freed himself of the burn den that was his possessions "i can come explore this place with you later if you'd like?" i'm 99% sure that i'm not doing anything, unless suddenly i might have to train for a marathon" |

Heather Storm | 22yrs | Eventing Rider | Bronze Buckaroo "Eclipse" and The Lovely Marisol "Etria" | M: Open. Heather would be heading back to the barn as she had left the arena after meeting both the owner, the trainers and the other riders of the facility. The brunette let out a sigh, running her right hand through her hair nervously as the young woman never really felt confident in her riding abilities. She was still quite surprised that she managed to get accepted into this place. "I guess I should get Eclipse ready to do some Dressage practice for today then work on some jumps with Etria afterwards." Heather quietly said to herself, placing her hands into the pockets of her breeches as she slowly approached the barn. Once inside, she kept her eyes forward while her riding boots gently clicked as she walked down the barn aisle. A lot of things rushed through her thoughts, worrying about what others think of her while fearing the one thought of one day losing either of her horses. She stopped at Etria's stall to give the mare a quick hello before going over Eclipse's stall, grabbing his black nylon halter off the hook with his matching lead rope. She opened the stall door before slipping inside the stallion's stall, closing the door behind her then the young woman slips the stud's head collar on. The brunette gently patted Eclipse's neck before opening the stall door fully then she leads him out after turning him around, closing the stall door then she leads the stallion down the aisle of where the wash stalls are to get him ready for training. Heather lead Eclipse into one of the wash stalls that are currently open then carefully turns the equine around before bringing him to a halt. Clipping both sides of the halter with the cross ties before unclipping the lead from the bottom of his halter. She gently patted his neck as Eclipse tried to playfully nip at her top when the young woman went under one of the cross ties. "I'll be back so you better be on your best behavior while I'm away." She playfully scold her equine, letting a gentle smile show on her lips then she heads off to the tackroom to retrieve both Eclipse's tack and her helmet & gloves from her locker. |

Anne started walking back to the barn needing to refill Reinas hay net, She smiled a bit happy she met a couple of the people that worked/lived here felt better knowing who to go to if she needed any help. She spotted a muzzle resting on the stall door looked like Reina woke up and ended up snoozing standing up, "What are you doing sweety" She chuckled waking the mare up before she opened the stall door and collected her hay net. Going out she filled up the mares hay net with flakes of hay before hauling it back into the stall and setting it back up, Watching the mare dig into it she decided she'd try and work Reina today. . Tazzy Land (Taz) | Stallion | 5yrs | SJ | M: Open . Pacing his stall a couple times Taz could feel himself growing bored, Feeling and itch on his side forming Taz turned his head stretching his neck best he could to try and scratch at it with his teeth but he just couldn't reach. Placing himself right beside the right wall of his stall Taz began moving back and forth rubbing his side against the wall scratching the itch, With a loud snort Taz enjoyed the relief . Reinas Chamber (Reina) | Mare | 14yrs | SJ | M: Anne, Open . Reina looked unamused when Anne moved her head away from the hay net slipping her halter over and adjusting it on her head, She hadn't been worked for a while so Reina was a little confused. Feeling the pressure from the halter the mare followed her owner somewhat excited to finally get out and about again, A little too excited Reina trot a bit in front of Anne and bucked missing by not much. "Whoa" Caught Reinas attention she settled down a notch |

Callum Santiago | SJ Instructor | Ty | M: None Callum pulled into the driveway of Staghaven. 'Finally,' he thought. He had run into problems on the trip over, including a flat tire. Thankfully, Ty was patient and enjoyed the extra time to stretch her legs. Callum found a parking spot quickly for his truck and two horse trailer. He wanted to get Ty unloaded and settled as quickly as possible. Jumping out of the truck, Callum went around and untied Velocity, he then dropped the ramp and buttbar, before Ty backed herself out. Callum snagged her leag rope and bright her around to the side of the trailer, he quickly removed her light blue shipping equipment tossing it haphazardly in the trailer tackroom. "I'll deal with that later," he said aloud, both to Ty and himself, before walking his filly and her net haybag to Ty's assigned stall. After getting Ty settled, he put away the mess he left and grabbed the two duffel bags and one suitcase of stuff Callum had brought with him. He admired the pretty land that the stable sat in, as he walked to his cottage. Callum neatly dumped the stuff inside the door before going to get the minimal tack he brought with Ty. Ajay Sharma | Rider | Kodi | M: None Ajay finished the last of her not-so-great coffee as she pulled in, because if the long trip, Ajay had to drive through the night, and she was utterly exhausted. All she wanted to do was get everything unloaded and then go collapse and sleep. With quiet efficiency, Ajay unloaded Kodi, to took everything in with wide eyes, and left him to get aquatinted with his neighbor. She left her tack trunk in her trailer, as Ajay wasn't quite sure where to put it, she decided to ask once she located another person. Grabbing her bags Ajay walked towards the house, she knew she was on the second floor. The door was unlocked so Ajay walked right in and set her bags down. |

Alila Moore (Ali) - 19 yr old - AJ Smoke Signals - M: Aster, open - Alila smiled as Aster spoke. "Aounds good! We could have a walk around after i give Sig a groom and lunge." She said as they both walked back into the spacious, airy barn. The air was sweet and smelled of horses and hay, and golden light shone in from outside, where the sun was glowing. Somehow, Ali felt right at home. She had allready made a friend, her horse seemed to love it, and everybody was friendly. Sighing happily, she turned to Aster. "I'm off, but i'll come find you later, okay?" Ali said with a smile as she slipped on a meroon headcollar onto Sig, leading him out. Waving to aster, she walked her horse to the grooming stations. Once Sig was tied up and happy, she went back to the lockerooms to grab the gear that she would need. Pondering over her saddlepads, she grabbed a navy one to match what she was wearing, as well as a roller and bridle. Ali knew it was funny, even a little stupid of her to always pick the perfect colour coded tack, but perfection was her nature. Soon Sig's dark, dappled coat was gleaming, and all his tack was on. Quickly grabbing a lunge whip, Ali headed with her horse to the outdoor arena. Sig easilysettled into a relaxed circle, eventually picking up a steady trot. His ears were pricked forward and his eyes alert, looking around at his surroundings. They completed walk, trot and canter on one side, then did the next. By the end of it Sig had a light sheen of sweat on his back. "Good boy!" Ali told him, giving him a small mint from her pocket. It had been a good session. Sig was warm, fed, and tucked up in his stable, and Ali set off in search of Aster. |

Aster Kalfling| eventing student | "Trigger happy" | M:Alila, open - Ali suggested having a wander around after she'd groomed and lunged Sig, to which he nodded in agreement, he supposed he'd settled Trig i to his stall in the meantime and groom him also.The barn smelled horsey... obviously, it was nice and welcoming.At least he had something familiar in such an unfamiliar place.He was sure he'd settle in soon.The peopl here seemed to be welcoming from what he'd already experienced. Aster would remind himself to tell his mom about his new friend, she'd insisted he call her when he got there and once a week after, of course he agreed. "sure thing," He agreed " i'll probably be at Trigs stall, or not far from." . They parted ways and the young man retired to his horse, observing the other horses on the way. Some of them were beautiful and graceful, whilst others look powerful and sure of themselves.Staghaven sure was amazing, and Aster already felt comfortable.Trig snorted to his owner when he returned, missing the attention and sour about being left to 'fend for himself'.Aster snorted himself, finding the stallion amusing "let's get you settled then shall we, big man?"He swiftly untied the black lead rope and escorted him to his stall. It intimidated him sometimes, how tall he was, while Aster was taller than his withers by a fair bit, Triggy's head towered over him.He couldn't imagine how intimidating he seems to shorter people. Trig can be rather.. pushy at times and gets in your face if he's moody.Though he was sweet most of the time, he kept a close eye on Aster as they neared his stall, and entered without being asked.No fussing or spooking at the new environment. . A short time later, Aster had fetched his grooming bag, and took out the variety of combs and the like, he started by removing and dirt he missed before coming here.A lot of loose hair needed removing, and he planned to remove the braid in his tail. Usually aster would braid Trigs tail before a long trip, to make sure to wouldn't get damaged or dirtied.Aster also reminded himself that he needed to oil his hooves and wash him before his first class, whenever that was. |
