Aster Kalfling| eventing student | 'Trigger Happy ' | All i guess?, Open - Shows?That got Aster blood running faster, and his mom s evan to buzz with excitement. It was no secret that he was... competitive... to say the least. Trigs ear seemed to stand upright at the word, and Aster was sure they both felt the shiver of excittthat ran through the other riders.But for now, they had ten minutes until they'd set of for their camping trip. Helmet! that's what he'd forgotten, and such an obvious thing too.He swiftly ran to the tack room, where he'd last left it. Thankfully it laid just where he put it. Aster tucked the protective gear under his arm and left the room, squinting as the bright sun glared into his eyes. . One thing he couldn't wait for was stargazing, he'd done it even as a little kid and knew many stars and constellations of by heart.Though, among all of them, orion was his favourite.It was the most visible and bright formation the day he met trig.Aster already knew he'd be having at least a few late nights, and hopefully someone me had a guitar so that they might have campfire song. . Aster stuck his foot into the stirrup of his saddle, swinging his leg over to might the other one.The leathers felt a bit off so he readjust their length, balancing the helmet on Triggy's withers as he did so.Then he removed the helmet and placed it on his head, not bothering to tie his hair up first, and gave Trig a treat for waiting so patiently while he fiddled with tack.After actually finishing with his messing , he walked to Alila's side, towering above her from the thoroughbreds back "What do ya think we'll be doing on the trip? i mean we have a lot of time to kill " He smiled down at her, leaning onto Trig's warm neck. |

Doing the clip to her helmet she'd just quickly fetched Anne thought over the items she'd packed and realized she also forgot her sleeping bag, Cursing under her breath Anne looked over at the others "Can you guys just watch him for a moment? I forgot some stuff" She said hoping they'd keep an eye on him while she quickly went back to her room and searched for the sleeping bag. Quickly making her way back to her shared room Anne looked around through her stuff and finally found the oldish sleeping bag, Glad it didn't take too long while she was up there she grabbed a small bottle of bug repellent knowing the mosquito's loved biting her at night . Tazzy Land (Taz) | Stallion | 5yrs | SJ | M: Anne, Open . Ears perking forward Taz watched his owner run off somewhere confused as to why she didn't mount, He took a step to follow her but stopped short thinking she might just come back like usual so instead he dropped his head to search for grass. Lipping at the ground he found there wasn't any grass, The gray stallion lifted his head disappointed. |

Callum Santiago | SJ Instructor | Ty | M: Callum found he was getting on with his assigned horse okay so far. He had gotten all his stuff in a backpack or tied to the saddle. Walking Bean outside Callum tightened the girth a bit more, and climbed on. The gelding stood still well Callum fidgeted with the stirrups. Then he nudged Bean gently with his heels to move him to the edge of the pack, making room for others. Ajay Sharma | Rider | Kodi | M: Ajay slipped her slightly heavy backpack on her shoulders and kissed Kodi's muzzle. "You ready, bud?" She asked him quietly. She grabbed his reins and let him out into the sun, his shoes ringing out on the concrete. Ajay stopped at the tackroom to grab some studs, to screw into Kodi's shoes. She wanted him to have plenty of traction. She waited for an empty mounting block, before placing her horse next to it. She shimmied up and walked over to a shaded spot. |

Skye Lovato | 21 yrs | Female | Eventing Rider | M: Whomever may be in the barn at the time Skye pulls up to the barn with her 2 horse Sundowner trailer being towed by her GMC Sierra. She hops out, wearing a purple sun shirt and fawn breeches. As she walks to the trailer she looks around not really knowing where to go or how to get there, so she kind of looks around for someone who might be able to help. She can hear Prada in the trailer fidgeting and wanting out so she heads back and unloads the pretty palomino and walks her around leaving Nickel in the trailer. She waits, hoping that someone knows where she should bring her horses. "This is going to be a long day." She thought to herself. Prada jerked her head up, chewing on a mouthful of grass as if she had heard something. "Very long day since Prada is very perky it seems." |

Keelan O'Brien | Owner/Dressage Instructor | M: Callum, Skye The cacophony of shod hooves against the stone entrance path was satisfying to Keelan's ears, and even more so as the crunch of said hooves on gravel resounds through the air as he adjusts the pair of mounts. He spots Callum nearby, and the new arrival who had come late to the scene but was still welcome. Keelan nudges the horse over to the vehicle, tugging along the mule who's ears currently flopped lazily with her plodding walk, "Good morning. I'm Keelan, the owner of Staghaven. You must be... Skye? Eventing, correct? It's a pleasure to meet you. We were preparing for a trail if you want to join. We have spare equipment if you want to get tacked up and join us. I'll introduce you to the trainers once we set off and get into a rhythm. I hope you are comfortable here." His smile is large and brilliant as he turns his horse and strides away, the powerful steps of the equine carrying him back towards the slowly growing group of horses and riders. |

Alila Moore- Smoke Signals (sig) M-Aster, Open. --- Ali smiled at Aster, leading Sig up next to Triggy and hopping on so they were ore or less equal height. "Hmm." She pondered, pulling a face. "Marshmellows, hopefully? and maybe some singing. I brought my ukelele." She noted, patting the large solid lump in her bag. Not many people knew she could sing, but she had been singing and playing music since almost before she could walk. "But just maybe. If i feel like it." She teased a little, loosening her reins to let Sig and Trig get to know eachother and sniff about. "Anything you're excited for?" She asked him, grabbing her helmet and putting it on, her loose french plait tumbling out of it and down her back, a cascade of firey hair. |

Aster Kalfling| eventing student | 'Trigger Happy ' | Alila , Open - " i hope so " he responded, still wearing a sincere smile, if your voice is anything to go by is be willing to bet you're a good singer" Aster slackened Trigs reins as Alina did, so both horses could greet each other properly , the thoroughbred held his ears pointed harshly forward for a time, before relaxing them. " i'm cant wait to do some stargazing, it's been a while since i've had a chance to, especially not with Trig anyway" He closed his eyes for a while, letting the sun warm his body as though he were a lizard on a rock. The black shirt definitely helped to warm him.The last time Aster had a moment to spare for astronomy was... gosh .. months ago. He'd been so busy with riding or helping his family with things or getting ready to go to Staghaven. . short, but any post helps keep the RP alive :) // |

He was about to go say hello, when he saw Keelan go over Callum stopped, and let the owner manage it. His mount was getting a bit ansy so Callum walked over to a empty space and let Bean troy a few nice circles. Ajay Sharma | Rider | Kodi | M: Ajay continued to keep to herself, she thought about introducing herself to a small group across the yard, but decided to just stay quiet. She didn't want to agitate Kodi. |
