Elliot | Learning Rider | Cross Country and Show Jumping | Horses: Down to Earth(Kalli) and Awaken the Beast(Beast) | M: Nicholas, Open What do I write here : Words cannot describe how utterly long and agonizing bringing his heavy suitcases to his cabin would be. The useless wheels did absolutely nothing for him, as the dirt road was too loose. After far too long, he was very close to the Mo barn. He couldn't help but be reminded of the project horse he is taking on. Surely Elliot could take a well-needed break to meet his new ridding partner? Although Elliot knows the nature of their relationship is going to be more stressful than relaxing for him. These are fun but.. Upon taking a look at his stall assignments, he realizes that Beast isn't even in the Mo barn, so taking a quick break to meet him isn't really an option. Oh well, it's not like he had to have an inner debate, he will just have to keep going. Elliot just puts his paper away and begrudgingly grabs the handles of his suitcases again, begining to drag them down the road once more. I just don't have any creativity :] Elliot was pretty bored, dragging his stuff by facing backwards and leaning his weight into each step. The sun was starting to make him uncomfortably warm, and his suitcases only seemed to be getting heavier. His thoughts were starting to drift, thinking of his horse. Kalli, much the opposite of Beast, is a dear. A pleasure to ride with and his own personal horse of many years. Elliot's friend, Jace, was supposed to drive her here and bring her tack, too. He's probably waiting at Elliot's cabin, maybe watching him struggle with his bags and laughing with a sinister grin. lol "Need some help?" Elliot barely conceals a scream. Instead, a surprised squeal can be heard from his closed lips as he jolts forward and away from the sudden voice. "I'm Nicholas, I'll be a stablehand here." Elliot looks over his shoulder with an apologetic face. "I'm so sorry, you just surprised me, I'd-" Elliot noticed that he was in fact quite close to his cabin by now. "Yeah, I'd really like some help. I seem to have packed far too much," he replied with an awkward laugh. Elliot gestured with his hand to the suitcase closest to Nicholas. "You can take this one, my cabin is just over there," he says, pointing at cabin F. "My name is Elliot, I'm going to be a rider here." Now only having to carry one suitcase, he starts walking toward his cabin again. He goes on feeling relieved and is excited to have met someone nice so early on. |

Fabian gave Sam a unsure smile and followed him, heading to the barn he fiddled with a ring on his finger and pictured Ellimere in his head, once they had arrived at the barn, Fabian headed straight for stall 6 |

Emily Jones | 19 | Learning rider | Horse(s): Sleeping Beauty (Nydra) | M: Nydra, Fabian, open Emily walked Nydra back to the big barn where she then dismounted, Nydra was happy that she finally got to get outside as she was getting ancy in her stall. Leading her pony straight to the cross ties to untack, she saw a slight shadow of a person, needing to get her horse untacked she chose to ignore it. Emily first took of her horses boots and checked her hooves to make sure she hadn’t picked up any rocks, then she took off her saddle and took it right to the tack room, Emily then got a damp/wet towel and wiped off the areas tack lay. Once Emily brought Nydra into her stall and gave her a hay net she went to see if it really was a person she had seen whilst coming into the barn, "Hello?" Emily walked closer to stall 6, "Hi, gorgeous horse you have there, I must say! oh I’m Emily what’s your name?" |

Heather Storm | 22 | Horse(s): Bronze Buckaroo "Eclipse" and The Lovely Marisol "Etria" | Eventing | Lesson Rider | M: Nozomi, Open Heather would be looking at each cabin that she has passed carefully while comparing it to the one on the paper, looking for the cabin that she'll be staying in with her assigned roommate. The brunette let out a sigh while carrying her things until she had finally found it, Cabin H. The young woman had already started walking over to the cabin before walking up the steps before opening the door, looking around before heading inside as she shuts the door carefully behind her with her foot. She did feel a bit tired from the trip here as she picks the bed on the right side of the room before setting her suitcase and two duffle bags down on the bed. The brunette would have already begun to unpack her things to get herself settled in, she would have already took notice of her roommate, Nozomi's presence as she gave a bit of a nod since she already noticed that the other rider was on the phone with someone while putting some of stuff away that she was unpacking from her suitcase first. Once she was done fully unpacking her things from both her suitcase and her two duffle bags, she stretches a bit. Her two horses would always be in the back of her mind as the brunette has always seen them as her companions that she's responsible for since day one when she got them on two seprate instances. Her green eyes landed on her roommate once more, carefully clearing her throat a bit. "Hey, I'll be back later. I'm just gonna go take my horses out for a ride to stretch their legs." She'd politely said this before looking away, grabbing her riding clothes before walking into the bathroom to change to have some privacy. |

Catherine Johansson | 18 | Horses: Ice Road Trucker(Trucker), Dreams Come True(Dreamer) | Rodeo, Show Jumping | Intermediate Rider | M: Open | After CJ had toured the stables, she walked to the barn where her horses where. She entered the tack room and grabbed Trucker's brushes. She walked down the isle and slipped into the gelding stall.
- She started to groom the young horse, starting with the curry comb. She worked the brush over his coat, then grabbed the hard brush, using it to get most of the loose dirt and hair off. After that, she went over with the soft brush, getting the last of the dirt and loose hair off. She then ran her hand down his legs and picked his hoofs. After that, CJ grabbed her 'shine spray' and a rub rag. She applied the spray to Trucker, and rubbed it into his coat until his coat shone, almost a glowing chestnut-red.
- She slipped out of the stall, and returned the brushes to the tack room. She then grabbed Dreamers brushes and repeated the same process with her. - After brushing her horses thoroughly, she walked back to her cabin. She grabbed her truck keys from her jacket pocket and walked to her truck. She unlocked the large, built in tack room on the trailer and grabbed the poop rake and she small 'sled' she kept in there.
- CJ opened the horse part of the trailer and started to clean the shavings and poop out. After she cleaned the trailer, she locked it up and brought the muck to the manure pile and dumped it there. She then returned the 'sled' to her trailer.
- She double checked everything, making sure she had all her stuff, that everything was locked, etc... After that, she put her keys in her pocket and heads back to her cabin. - Once she returns to the cabin, she pulls out her phone and calls her mom. It rings 3 times, then her mother answers. "Hey mom! I made it to Golden Satchel." She spoke into the phone. That's awesome honey! Did you get Trucker and Dreamer settled in okay? Her mom asked, "Yes, they both did great," She said. Catherine and her mother talked for about 30 minutes, then Catherine hung up. She set her phone on the bed next to her and flopped backwards, staring up at the ceiling. |

He admired her light silky coat and approached her. "Hiiii!" Sam said, giving Elly a scratch. "Wow, she's beautiful!" Sam sang a word of praise. "Is she an arab?" Sam asked with intrigue. |

Nicholas feels a bit guilty for coming up behind him and scaring him, but he seemed both in a rush and not too bothered. Heck, Elliot was practically leaving him and running away with his singular suitcase. 'I'll probably be working with his horses a bit.' "Such a rush, you got a special someone waiting for you in your cabin or something?" Nicholas commented lightly, attempting to begin some friendly banter before reaching the cabin, where they would inevitably part ways. Although his own roommate could also already be waiting for him. |

Kieran Jones | Advanced Rider (Western) | JFR Hot on the Rocks | M: (Distantly/Briefly) Fabian, Sam, and Emily Kieran places the brush by the door. With a strained huff, he jumps onto the horse. He smiles and lays back, using the horse's rump as a sort of pillow. Occasionally the horse would shuffle to grab hay, or would turn and nibble at the man's boot, however both seemed content to stay in that spot for a while. Eventually the voices of other riders interrupts the silence of the barn and he sits up, nudging the horse forward to peer into the walkway. A few others had crowded by the stall next to his, most likely to greet one of the horses. From what he could see, a trio huddled around the stall door, and the bits of conversation he heard before deciding to give them privacy confirmed his idea, so he shrugs it off and turns his attention back to Mamba, once more sprawling out on the horse's back. As he lays there he couldn't help but hum a tune to himself, listening to the melodic calls of horses and the hushed voices of the riders next door. It was peaceful, and after a while the rhythmic breathing of the horse below him lulled the man into silence. One thing was clear as he stared at the ceiling, he could get used to this. |
