Cindy Crawford |31|vet| Winter cold |mention everyone --- As soon as she got another call she headed out instead of going to get coffee every animal was important to her and she was going to take care of it as she drove along listening to her favorite music as she made her way over to the farm mallow Grove stable one of the best stables as she smiles driving down the road she always wanted to see that place even if it was only just to take care of a horse, Cindy had another car and said " hello this is Cindy what can I do for you " the guy said " hi Cindy you call about the building that was for sale and you were interested in " Cindy said " oh yeah is it still up for sale " the guy nods and said " yes and if you put a offer on I'll see if the owner would accept it " Cindy said " I'll call you back after I think about it " the guy said " yeah you have my number no matter what " as he nods |

Drake Vaughan | 18 | Male | Weezy Outta Here (Wayne) - Drake was mindlessly sending snaps when a man walked into the main area of the house. He didn't walk through the front door, so Drake figured he had been in the building the whole time. Watching the man walk, he set down his phone, hoping it was announcement time. The man walked to the front of the room, and introduced himself as Peter, the stable's owner. Peter laid out the basic rules: no fighting, 10pm curfew, meal times, behavior expectations, etc. Drake nodded his head when Peter said scheduling would be between roommates. Definitely going to make a friend out of Cade, it would be so painful otherwise, Drake thought to himself. He perked up when a competition to see their progress was mentioned, and it would take place in six months time. He silently prayed Cade rode English, as he honestly didn't believe Wayne would be willing to learn Western. Once Peter had finished speaking, Drake stood up and walked towards Cade, who looked painfully uncomfortable with the silence that followed Peter's speech. Checking the clock on the wall, he saw it was 5:47pm, which he believed was almost dinner time. "Hey Cade, would you like to talk about schedules, I think dinner is in fifteen minutes. Maybe figure out this whole riding thing and get to know eachother a little more?" Drake asked, scratching the back of his neck. |

Cade |:| 17 |:| Male |:| Jazz Town (Jazz/Jazzy) |:| M : Drake - Just as Cade started to become very uncomfortable he saw Drake walk up to him. "Oh yeah that would be really nice. It would be helpful to know the discipline we need to learn and get to know each other." Cade cracked a small smile, standing up. He was trying to get more comfortable with Drake as they would need to work as a team for the next six months. And it would be no fun if they were uncomfortable with each other. Cade looked up at Drake, who also looked somewhat nervous. Cade figured that everyone in the room was nervous, after all their sucsess at the compitition relied on their partners which was a scary thought. Trusting someone else didn't appeal to Cade but Drake seemed quiet nice. Cade took a moment to put the acupuncture ring in his pocket and took his phone in his hand. "Alright we should probably head to dinner and we can talk there." Instead of walking by himself this time Cade opted to walk with Drake, he did after all need to get to know him. |

Drake Vaughan | 18 | Male | Weezy Outta Here (Wayne) - Drake pulled his airpods out before Cade started to speak, knowing it was rude to have headphones in during a conversation. He shoved the airpods in his shorts pocket, and unbuttoned his hoodie, revealing a light blue t-shirt. Drake felt it was too warm for his comfort inside the house, and found the warm air leaving his hoodie very nice. He looked into Cade's blue eyes as he spoke, listening intently. Cade stood up and they made their way to the front door, having mutually decided it was time for dinner. Drake and Cade walked to dinner together, in a somewhat comfortable silence. The fall breeze was quite nice in his opinion, as he was used to Minnesota weather, so nothing seemed cold in comparison. The wind ruffled Drake's black hair, and his green eyes danced around, taking in the beautiful property. Once they arrived, Drake found a table and sat down across from Cade. He really appreciated that the other boy seemed easy to talk to, even if he was obviously of the quiet type. The blonde looked perpetually nervous, so Drake smiled before he started to speak. "So I've figured we are both hoping to stick with the same discipline, whether it's English or Western. I ride in show jumping, so I'm praying you ride english. I'd be interested to try anything though, but i suppose that's the point of signing up for this." Drake said, looking at Cade. |

Cade |:| 17 |:| Male |:| Jazz Town (Jazz/Jazzy) |:| M : Drake - The walk there was relatively silent but it was a comfortable silence, which Cade enjoyed. The breeze was nice, although a little cool but Cade loved autumn. Once they got there Drake sat down across from Cade and they began to talk. "Oh thank god. I ride cross country so it shouldn't be too difficult learning to show jump." Cade smiled wanting to seem at least a little friendly and less standoffish. I was also hoping that you rode an english discipline, it would be a nightmare learning western." By then it was time for dinner which was a serve your self style pasta bar. They went up and got their food; Cade getting pasta without sause and with a lot of cheese, and sat back down. Cade looked at Drake, he had green eyes Cade hadn't noticed before, he hated eye contact so he rarely noticed peoples eye colors. They ate in scilence for a while before Cade decided to ask a couple questions to get to know Drake. "So where did you grow up?" It was the best question Cade could think of at the time. |

Drake Vaughan | 18 | Male | Weezy Outta Here (Wayne) - To say Drake was thrilled to hear that Cade did cross country was an understatement. He so happy to know it wasn't western. Cross country was something Drake had always wanted to try, and he was sure that Wayne would enjoy it as well. Dinner was a pasta buffet, so the boys stood up and served themselves. Drake had spaghetti with sauce and chicken, while Cade had pasta with an abundance of cheese. Cheese was never Drake's favorite food but he loved mac n cheese and pizza so he was never one to judge those who loved cheese. Drake and Cade sat back down at their oringial table, and began their meal. They had just started eating when Cade initiated the conversation. He just asked a simple question, and it was easy for Drake to answer. "I'm was born in Chicago, and lived there for eight years, before moving to the Twin Cities. I started riding once I moved to Minnesota, along with hockey and lacrosse, so I was always a busy kid," he said with a laugh, "I played both sports through high school, which I graduated from this past spring, but I ended choosing riding as my sport to continue, so here I am. What about you Cade?" |

I did track one year in high school but I mostly did theater and all around english riding. Theater was my main thing for quite a while but I decided to stick with riding." Cade was extremely pleased so far with the conversation. The more he got to know Drake the nicer and less thretaning he seemed. Cade ate the rest of his dinner and went to go put his bowl in the bin that was labeled "Dirty Dishes". He went and sat back down at the table with Drake. The tension in his shoulders had lessened quite a bit as Cade was growing more comfotable with Drake. Cade did want to go and see Jazz though and he figured he should invite Drake along if he was going to teach him and Jazz show jumping. "I was going to go and see my horse after dinner. If your not to tired and you want to you can come and meet him. You don't have to though if your tired I compleatly understand." Cade wanted to give Drake an out incase he was uncomforable. |

Drake Vaughan | 18 | Male | Weezy Outta Here (Wayne) - Drake listened to Cade tell his part. He'd always thought Colorado was a beautiful state, and loved skiing there on vacation. Though he definitely couldn't relate to anything theater, he'd had other friends who were into it, so he wasn't completely clueless. Drake was happy to get to know his roommate, and he seems like a pretty nice guy when he opened up. Drake enjoyed the rest of his meal before putting his dirty dishes in the designated bin. He watched Cade, noticing the blonde looked less tense, and more comfortable, which was great that Drake hadn't intimidated him. Cade invited him out to the barn to meet his horse, Jazz. Drake thought that was a great idea, as they would have to know each others horses well to teach a new discipline. He decided that he'd also introduce Cade to Wayne as well to be polite. "Yeah I'd love to meet your horse, you mentioned him earlier, his name is Jazz?" Drake asked, not wanting to be wrong, it was always embarrassing to get names wrong. He stood up from their table, and started walking out towards the barn with Cade. |

When they got there Cade and Drake walked in, and right by one of the one of the stablehands who looked very angry. Cade tensed up as he walked by her, not wanting to make her angryer than she already was. Once they got to Jazz's stall Jazz stuck his head out the door and nickered to the two boys. "Hey there bud, how are you doing?" Cade began to pet Jazz. "So this is Jazz, but I call him Jazzy sometimes too. He's a 6 year old Trakehner stallion and I only bought him a couple months ago." Cade opened the stall door and walked in. "You can come in too and say hi if you want, he dosn't bite." Cade smiled at Drake. Cade went to check his food and water, making sure he was eating and drinking. He still have some food left but the water bucket was completley empty. Cade didn't want to ask the stablehand as she seemed like she was already in a bad mood so he opted to fill it himself. "Im going to fill this up really quick." Once Cade located the hose it didn't take long to fill and he was back within 5 minutes. "Here you go Jazz." Cade, Drake, and Jazz sat in silence for a minute before Cade asked another question. "Which barn is your horse in?" |

Darren Lee Greyson | 28 | M | Ignited Sage (Sage) | Mentions; . After a chilly noon Darren had witnessed the cars pulling up, horse floats in tow he knew it was the day the new riders arrived. He was on his way to visit his mare in her stall for the time being, The mare was stalled early this morning due to the weather leaning towards cold. As he gradually came up upon her stall you could spy a long dark face gazing back at him, a soft whicker sounding from the equine as she greeted her beloved owner. . Sage was most definitely in a better mood than she was this morning, Shielded from the chilly breeze in her stall she wasn't as bothered anymore. Stopping at the latched door Darren lifted his arm as he adjusted the mares forelock, lowering his hand he brushed past the mares star like marking and down to her fuzzy muzzle as she lipped at his hand. Finished investigating his hand he undid the latch on the gate cuing Sage to step back further into the stall padded with straw . A small gaze over the stall told him she'd used the bathroom a handful of times and that it was due for a clean, Darren stepped out for a moment pinching the pitchfork. coming back he began using the tool to sieve the droppings from the straw and place them in a wheelbarrow nearby. |
