So sorry for not replying... its been crazy here lol) Adina|Mare|4|Mated: No As soon as the water hit her she gasped and her eyes opened her breathing rapid as she tried to catch her breath before she rose quickly to her hooves staggering hurriedly to the water, as soon as she stepped in she seemed infinately better, her head was still low but her breathing slowed back to a normal pace, she looked at the stud "Thank you..." she said gently approaching him "You've saved my life twice now..." she said softly "H-how can I repay you... um..." she paused briefly looking ashamed "In the middle of everything I haven't even asked you for your name..." she said softly raising her head "I'm so sorry..." she said softly "What's your name?" she asked tipping her head to the side criously, her blue eyes teaming with life and curiosity despite having almost been dead only moments ago as the waves rolled over and past their hooves, the gentle sound of the ocean bringing her comfort once more as she awaited his answer unable to keep herself from taking in a large inhale of the salty ocean air, in the water she seemed more sure of herself, confident even... this was obviously her safe place. |

No Worries :D I'll get a post up soon as able! Might be tomorrow or next week. My teachers decided to still give me work to do over my college spring break (3 stupid days) and I just found out last night. So I have 6 classes worth of homework to do before tomorrow night, that way I can focus working on my home this weekned. Ugh DX my luck... <3) |

The stallion soon found himself drinched in salty water, hearing the mare gasp for air gave his mind some peace. Letting out a long sigh, he lowered his hoof back down into the waters, looking her way, he smiled some watching her get up to her feet. Looking down at his hooves, he realized he was in the waters and rather quickly exited them. Giving his body a shake, as drops of water trickled down his body and his frame, as his mane clung rather wet to his neck. Audits swivled towards the mare, seeing her walking into the waters. "Ah. It was nothing. Just scared me a bit... not used to much action are ya?" he chuckled some as he stood tall, a swish of his plumage as it soon wrapped around one hind leg. Snorting softly, he ran his frame over one of his legs, before nipping towards his shoulder. The cuts from the eariler fight began to sting from the oceans waters. Baring his teeth some in irratation before his attention popped back towards the mare.
"No need to return anything, anyone that seen that as wrong would have helped" he smiled. Looking over her pelt softly, his hues locked to hers for a moment before he pulled them away. Adina|Mare|4|Mated: No Adina looked away shyly "No I suppose i'm not" she replied with a laugh "But I feel much better thanks to you... so I appreciate it." she said finally returning her gaze to him "Oh but I do need to return the favor... and I will." she assured him with a smile though when he said his name her eyes widened "Sparrow..." she whispered almost in disbelief as she looked him over recognition in her eyes "Sparrow!" she chirped a childish wonderous light in her eyes "I-its me! A-Adina!" she said giving a small chuckle before she caught her reflection in the water looking at herself before returning her gaze to him "But I suppose you wouldn't recognize me like this... would you?" she said aloud tipping her head to the side and smiling "We played together when we were younger... before your herd was forced to move..." she said a softness in her voice before she gave a soft laugh "We'd race one another whenever the tide was in... you on the sand... me in the water..." she said trying to remind him "I can prove it... just... come onto the beach." she said "And wait here." she said before trotting off deeper and deeper into the water until she dove under completely. When she returned to the surface she looked completely different... she was no longer just a dappled grey mare, she was sleek and scaly. Her mane and forelock streaking with black and orange as she swam back toward the shore only coming until she was touching the sand so the stud could get a good look at her. She had scales all over her now... a black patch over her right eye a white wavy mane and forelock that sat just out of the way of her blue eyes castcading over the front and sides of her face, seawater slipping off the tips. Her front left leg had a bright orange sock-like marking whilst her left had a black one, the rest of her white body had similar patches only the black layered over the orange in some spaces... continuing down and over her horse body... as well as her fish body, instead of back legs she had one long beautiful orange and black patched tail complete with fins and a large beautiful bloom at the end that too was patched in black and orange. "Do you... remember me now...?" she nickered gently. |

 |Stallion| Age 3| Sparrow| Mated: No.| His soft cremey brown hues glanced to her orbs once more as she spoke before a thrill of shrill excitment plunched towards his ears. In confusion and almost shock, he rose a brown, with alert audits that soon pinned awkwardly. "A...Adina?" he snorted in almost disbelief. Tilting his frame some, he allowed his hues to trace over her dappled pelt, he soured his face some 'this has to be some trick' he thought. "You have to be joking right? A.. Adina was just an imaginary friend and how would you know that anyways!? Did my mother send you to spy on me or soomething!?" he began to spit out in irration, he could feel his skin starting to boil some at the thoughts of his mother, his hues had narrowed and planted to the ground, but, when he looked up the mare was going under the water.
"Huh?" he snorted "Wait!" he nickered as he paced towards the sands 'Did she not hear what I said?' he pondered. Feeling a bit nervous, he stood tall and looked around the valley... no one at the beach but him. He looked down towards the waters with a long sigh "Did I just imagine all this again... I knew coming here was a bad idea" he nickered softly with hints of saddness, he lowered his frame some to the waters, looking down before a flashy of water came spraying at his frame. Letting out a squel as his front hooves pulled from the ground and into the air as he tossed his frame and pranced away back towards the grass. Huffing his frame turned back towards the water, audits pinned with a pouted face before his hues widened in pure shock. His muzzle softly dropped open, audits perked as he stood there stiff as a statue. "A...Adina...?" he whispered. "Wait... that grey mare was you!?" he nickered. He found himself shuffling his hooves on the grass, plumage flicked as he looked over her orange/black scaled pelt. "I... I.. don't believe this.... how.. How did you...?" but his words feel soft. Thoughts and questions stormed his frame, as his hues fell to the ground "All this time... mother had me thinking I was crazy.... like I made you up" he chuckled some yet saddness still rose in his tone. "I remember" he softly breathed out as his brown hues locked to her once more. He smiled. |

Adina|Mare|4|Mated: No Adina giggled at his stuttering and nodded in response to his question "Yes Sparrow..." she replied watching him shuffle his hooves as the waves rolled both over and past her "You can come into the water... I won't bite..." she assured him with a giggle. When she heard him continue to babble she giggled again "It's kind of difficult to explain..." she admitted though she quickly frowned and dropped her head when she heard what he'd said about his mother "Sparrow I'm so sorry..." she said softly "For what you went through with your mother... but at least now you know it wasn't the imagination of a lonely colt..." she said gently looking up and smiling as she locked eyes with him when he said he remembered her "I'm glad you do." she cooed "Cause I've never forgotten about you..." she said softly "I came to the surface every day even after your herd left... in hopes one day you'd return." she said softly though her voice was low and soft it seemed as if the waves were carrying it out to him for her "No matter how many times I got into trouble." she chuckled softly. |

Audits softly relaxed calming, he rested a hoof and shifted his weight, he grinned some "I'm... good. I don't much... like the water anymore" he sighed pulling his hues away from hers. For a moment it was silent before he glanced back over to her, he took a few steps from the grass as he felt himself press onto the golden sand, he can feel the warmth heating under his hooves but, sand was about as close as he wanted to get. He shurgged "Don't worry about it.... I ran away and never looked back" He was still unsure if all this was true, his trama wasn't helping his thinking as he stood there somewhat on edge about everything he just saw.
Nostrils softly flared, he was finally dry but the smell of the salted waters still clung to his pelt, he wouldn't admit it but, the smell was nice. A gentle breeze, blew his forelock over his frame, at her words he felt his frame flush red. Audits swivling back shyly, as his hues flashed to her frame, he felt him smile 'she waited for me.... all this time' the thought rushed into his head. "That... that is very sweet of you. But, Adina. You shouldn't have let me be the reason you couldn't enjoy your life" he snorted softly almost feeling responsible for her commitment to him. "You could have a family or a mate" he soured his face, brow furrowed "I mean.... can your kind have a fmaily?" he snorted out but then realized that might ahve been too direct to ask. He cleared his throat with a shake of his frame "Sorry... you dont have to answer that" he grinned through bared teeth, feeling sorta like an idot as his frame flushed red again. Adina|Mare|4|Mated: No Adina smiled and looked at him and nodded "Alright." she said gently "Aside from today I don't think my hooves have ever left the water..." she admitted with a chuckle watching as he stepped onto the sand her ears tipping to the sides as she lowered her gaze "I'm glad you've gotten away from them..." she said gently "But i'm sorry you were so traumatized before you got out..." she said gently "If I hadn't approached you that day you would have been alright... You wouldn't have been made to feel like a fool..." she said gently "I am sorry for that... truly I am... especially since I can still see your suspicion and skepticism now... but I promise this is all real..." she assured him forcing herself out a little and turning around so he could see her from every angle, anything to help prove that he's truly not a fool. When she noticed the small change in his behavior she simply smiled. When he spoke she only smiled more "But I have enjoyed it..." she said "I may have been here alone for the most part... but I..." she sighed "I walked on 4 hooves and played in the waves as they rolled onto the shore... I-I rolled in the sand... I had an absolute blast... all because of you Sparrow..." she said gently though she quickly changed to a shy smile when he mentioned having a family and a mate her ears dipping back in a shy manor before she simply laughed "Despite everything you haven't changed a bit!" she giggled "You're still the little colt whom I frightened when he dipped his head under the water to free himself of the sand." she smirked playfully replying to his very direct question "But to answer your questions yes, we can have a family." she replied with a giggle "We may look it but we're not magical... we love, and mate and have families just like you do." she replied with a smile "Though sometimes I will admit it doesn't work out exactly like that... it all depends on weather your family wants to elevate status... if they do you're more likely to be mated off to gain power rather then for love." she scoffed giving a snort as she flicked her tail a bit in irritation the water sloshing around her as she did so. The way she sounded however... she sounded as if she were speaking from experience. |

He huffed some as he looked out towards the peaceful waves "I used to love the ocean..." his words drifted as if he was going to keep the sentence going but it didnt. Audits swilved at her chuckle, it was like music to his hues "It's not your fault... mother was always strict. I was always the black sheep of the family. Mother so wanted everyone to take her and dads colors and ways of thinking" He found his audits pinning back. The shirm image of his dam, all glorious in her chestnut pelt and his sire... who happened to be a brown paint.... he had many of siblings... and all but him was bright creamy chestnut and painted brown with white in different forms and looks. Long as she got what she wanted, the dam was rather nice. But, he being her last foal... he of them all turned out a seal brown. The past thoughts made his brows furrow as he spat at the ground sourly before raising his frame back towards the direction of the calico mare "Father at one point thought mother cheated" he chuckled rather spitful at the idea, as if she deserved it.
He couldn't help but smile at her postivie attitude, he quietly watched her turn her body, he tried not to gawk as her scaley pelt glimmered in the sun, he had never seen such beauty. Maybe perhaps he didn't think of her in that way when they was younger.. the thought sorta of made him feel hot. A lump gathered in his throat, audits swilved back shyly as he mustered up a shy grin "I am glad I made such a good impact on you then all these years" he chuckled with a slight roll of his hues, he took a step closer, his brown hues beaming he reached his muzzle out some to her belly, nostrils flared at her scent. Hues glanced down at the water as it started to wave in towards his hooves, he backed away. "Oh." he snorted as his audits perked once more. He chuckled "I didn't change much... I guess...." as his voice waded off. He rose a brow "What's elevate status mean?" "Wait... you don't mean it's like all that destined to be together, like a rearanges marriage.... such rubbish" he snorted short as he huffed annoyed.
