Genetically GG is a horse that always gives grey foals

Maybe try two grey genetic strong horses?

Meaning, is there a certain genetic I should look for in a stallion (and my mare)?

SB you suggested sounds fair!

WWolf, I always go to the search horses tab, adjust gender, ratings, then select for sale, lowest to highest, and look at the quality of horses and their going rates
White Wolf Stables

If I was to start an auction- what is a fair starting price based off how many Ws are in the rating combo?
Ex- EWE SB 10k?

I would recommend free for the first year to see how they do and go from there.

I would recommend keep them and stud them out for cheap, or sell them because others will definitely find value in them still!

okayyyy thank you! I'm really not sure how what fair prices are for covers & straws yet so that actually helped my decision making a lot... Sorry boys- you're just show ponies haha

i would stud them but other people may think gelding is better
The Barefoot Barn
02:57:37 B
I personally wouldn't geld them. Maybe Single Discipline breeders might want to breed them. Maybe geld them if they don't get a lot of attention after about 1 RO of them being up for public stud?
Watercolored
02:57:24 WC
WWolf, as far as EEW Combo colts go, unless theyÂ’re LB, 10k seems a bit steep, there are countless free and cheap ones up for stud with no requirements, so youÂ’ll be hard pressed to find an abundance of people breeding to them for that price
White Wolf Stables
02:57:16 WWolf
I was asking if I should geld them or not- not trying to advertise but I apologize- if it came across that way chat.
Peacock Lovers

i dont know if questions like that are allowed in main chat but i would do stud for like 5k

So typically I geld any Colt under an WWE combo- but recently I've been debating if it's worth it to keep some EWE colts as studs & put them up for stud cheap so other players trying to breed higher into Ws (but maybe can't afford WWW studs) could at least breed some EEE mares to higher rated stallions... I got these 3 from RO... do I geld them or stud them for 10k?

Heya! So Dreamtime is a 28 y/o Appaloosa gelding (not sure about his bloodlines/if he's the purest or purebreds, but he's definitely majority Appy) Tried my best to get him into a flat piece of ground, but he's an obstinate old sweetheart who was busy eating for the 15 minutes I was there.

okay so im gonna start this with saying, dash is a harness racer. he isn't ridden and not even broke to ride, and so his topline is nonexistent....much to my dismay. he does have suspected EPM (not tested for it) we treat him for it as the vet suggested, and hes psychotic. which is why he isnt my trail rider. to date, im the only person he doesnt try to kill when you enter his stall. we do treat his EPM and as of now he is sound to race, and he will be retired when it's no longer safe. hes a 10 year old standardbred gelding. i will include his yearling photo so you can see a non-EPM conformation example. when we got him, the barn he was in had no food, no water, he had ulcers, was malnourished, the whole 9 yards. that was 6-ish years ago i believe. he is 17hh and 1200 pounds. thank you in advance!! <3
yearling photo:
him right now:

First picture is gorgeous, but the rest he looks a bit rough, definitely could use a topline and a good brush. He looks post legged and camped under in the back, his shoulders and hips look pretty good, his neck is thin and he has a bit of a roman nose.

Very pretty guy. He looks really good, maybe slightly over at the knee and his pasterns are a bit long, but everything else looks pretty great, nice round hindqu, nice hip and shoulder. Pretty face.

Gorgeous Mare, she's a bit butt high, but that's expected from a young horse, nice head and neck, her shoulder is a bit upright and her hips are good. Nice pasterns but is a bit over at the knee.

I just wanna say I'm in love. I absolutely love standardbreds. I worked training them at the harness track for years. I think the Roman nose isn't a fault. I think it's one of the best qualities. Your boy is super handsome in my eyes

I have a request. Could we post photos of our real horses + a horse we are thinking (or even just dreaming lol) of breeding them to and pick them both apart and see which ways they compliment (or don't) one another?
